1. Nature of Service [Your Temp Abode] provides travel curation and itinerary planning services ("Services") to users ("Clients") free of charge. We act strictly as an intermediary/facilitator and do not own, operate, or manage any of the homestays, resorts, or transportation services recommended.

 

2. No-Fee Model & Commission Disclosure Our Services are provided at no cost to the Client. We receive compensation in the form of commissions or referral fees from our partner resorts and homestays for successful bookings. This commission is paid by the property owner and does not increase the price paid by the Client.

 

3. Limitation of Liability Third-Party Deficiencies: All travel services (accommodation, tours, activities) are provided by independent third-party suppliers. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers. Service Standards: Any issues regarding the quality of stay, amenities, or on-site safety must be resolved directly with the resort or homestay. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our curation services is limited to a nominal amount of [e.g., ₹1,000].

 

4. Booking & Cancellation Policies Direct Contract: Once a booking is confirmed, the legal contract for the stay is exclusively between the Client and the accommodation provider. Refunds: We do not process refunds or cancellations. Clients must adhere to the specific cancellation policy of the resort or homestay booked.

 

5. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of [Karnataka/India]. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
